TQL Indy On Top

Indianapolis isn’t just a great place for college basketball playoffs and Super Bowls – it’s a great place to work, too.

The Indianapolis Star selected TQL Indianapolis as a finalist in its 2015 Indianapolis Top Workplaces. The list celebrates Central Indiana's best employers — the companies employees consider to be the most dynamic and supportive places to work, according to the Indy Star.

And it’s no wonder the TQL Indy office made the Top Workplaces list.

Stop by the Indy office on any given day and you’ll be greeted with an energy that is seemingly unmatched.  From Clean Bandit or Carl Douglas songs playing from desktop speakers to impromptu games of pop-a-shot or table tennis, you can tell that team Indy is a happy one.

Sales Team Leader Joseph C. says he’s happy to have a job at a growing company. “I started from nothing to now – more financially stable – and that says a lot about the company and what it offers.”

For many team Indy members, the opportunity to achieve their goals is what makes TQL a top workplace.

Before joining TQL, employee Doug D. dreamed of being a news reporter. Doug reconsidered his plans when a fellow TQL-er and Purdue University alum referred him to TQL.

“One week after graduation, I accepted the job offer,” he said. “That same week, I was offered an opportunity with NBC. I chose TQL instead.”

Doug says that decision worked out really well for him. “I never thought I’d own a beautiful home, be married to the love of my life – and be able to buy her a huge diamond ring.”

He says his next goal is to buy a lake house and he believes he’s well on his way. “Monetarily, there’s nowhere else that compares.”
