We are committed to hiring U.S. service members because they possess the fortitude needed to provide five-star service in the essential industry of transportation logistics. We honor our service members through Military Month, a Veterans Day lunch and a Deployment Program that provides care packages to deployed TQL’ers.
Our employee-led Veteran Employees Targeting Success (VETS) group attracts and develops military, veteran, military family and supporter talent. VETS creates community, provides resources, celebrates service, and promotes personal and company growth.
We send deployed TQL employees care packages filled with company swag, snacks and handwritten notes from their team and our CEO. We also send gift cards to the families of our deployed employees to show our support.
Every year on Veteran’s Day, TQL provides a catered lunch for all military employees as a thank-you for their service.
May is dedicated to honoring the men and women who serve our country. Since 2009, we have raised $438,820 for military nonprofits and donated 19,500+ care packages.
TQL Headquarters is home to a 160-foot flagpole and 30-foot by 60-foot American flag - among the tallest flagpoles and largest flags in the United States.
