OCEAN SERVICES
TQL Global is a full-service Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) operating as a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Ocean Freight Forwarder (OFF). Our experts streamline modes into a single operation. This process removes the delays and complications of using multiple parties. We have you covered door-to-door or for any leg in between. Examples of equipment and services include Full Container and Less-Than-Container for Temp-Controlled, Hazmat, High Value, Overweight, International Imports and Exports, and Port-to-Port/Door-to-Door Shipments.
AIR SERVICES
We provide the highest level of service for critical or time-sensitive shipments. TQL Global experts help customers navigate the highly regulated air freight industry and provide customized solutions. What sets us apart? Live 24/7 point of contact, proactive wheels-up customs entry and dedicated TSA Carriers. Price, Schedule, Capacity, and Door-to-Door services are considered when evaluating the best solution for your load. We work frequently with over 50 contracted airline partners and have over 100 airlines in our network to provide custom capabilities for comprehensive shipping solutions, 24/7/365. Our broad range of carrier options ensures competitive pricing for desired service levels (expedited, economy, etc.). Day or night, our team searches options to get the job done. Through our extensive network, we exhaust all options to find the right carrier for your needs.
DRAYAGE SERVICES
Our vast network of bonded carriers operates out of every port and railyard nationwide, offering additional transloading and warehousing capabilities. We provide capacity and expertise with live customer service at all times. Our equipment and services include Spot Freight or Volume Pricing for both Port and Rail Drayage on all services including High Value, Hazmat, Overweight, Multi-stop and more. Our drayage volume in 2022 exceeded 221,000 containers, led by top ports Los Angeles/Long Beach (60,103) and Newark/New York (49,027). TQL’s port and railway coverage has access to more than 600 private chassis. In some cases, we accept ownership of demurrage when handling both ocean and drayage leges when TQL is at fault for a delay. Our private fleet is fully maintained by TQL and features flexible pricing and GPS tracking.
CUSTOMS BROKERAGE SERVICES
Lean on our customs brokerage experts to manage the complexities of customs clearance, help avoid border delays and mitigate risk ahead of time. Customs doesn’t sleep, and neither do we. We keep customers proactively informed 24/7/365 and ensure their freight keeps moving. Services include U.S., Canada and Mexico Customs Clearance, HTSUS Classification, Importer Security Filing (ISF), Partner Government Agencies (PGA), Automated Export System (AES) Filing, In Bonds, Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), Duty & Tax Advancement, Surety Bonds (Continuous and Single Entry) and Availability for Air, Ocean, Intermodal and Truck.
WAREHOUSE SERVICES
TQL provides a vast network of secure warehouse space and outdoor yard storage near every port, rail terminal and border crossing in North America, with custom and turnkey solutions for immediate occupancy. From process control to invoice auditing, our experts actively manage customers’ warehousing operations while ensuring hassle-free convenience and proactive communication. TQL’s 2,700 warehouse locations in 2022 were in the South (1,070), West (660), Midwest (600), Northeast (300) and Canada (70).
