The TQL Foundation pledged $75,000 in support of the backbone of the supply chain: the professional drivers who deliver freight safely, securely and on time, and the families that support them. The foundation donated $50,000 to the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund and $25,000 to Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) in honor of the work they do for our industry.
The St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund assists over-the-road and regional semi-truck drivers and their families when an injury or illness prevents them from working. The nonprofit provides diverse services and programs, including free health and wellness programs that benefit drivers and the trucking industry.
TAT’s mission is to assist law enforcement in the recognition and reporting of human trafficking. The organization seeks the recovery of victims and the arrest of perpetrators through collaboration, education and action.
Throughout National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, TQL held giveaways for carriers and displayed an “American Pride: Delivered by Truck Drivers” banner on the side of Cincinnati HQ facing I-275.
