TQL raises Moves that Matter commitment to $3 million
After reaching $2 million pledge, TQL Cares renews support for transporting charitable shipmentsCincinnati (Oct. 21, 2025) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the largest full truckload provider in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms has increased its Moves that Matter (MTM) pledge to $3 million after reaching its $2 million goal.
Through TQL’s MTM initiative, the company covers transportation costs to move charitable shipments for nonprofits.
“Moves that Matter removes the demanding responsibility of logistics from nonprofits so they can focus on their missions,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said. “We are proud to help these organizations serve their communities.”
Recent MTM contributions:
- Partnering with HelloFresh and Whirlpool Corporation as part of the “Feel Good Fridge Program,” which provides refurbished refrigerators to food pantries and nonprofits. Whirlpool supplies fridges, HelloFresh provides food and TQL moves the donated freight. The initiative stocked 350 grab-and-go style food pantry refrigerators nationwide and feeds up to 250 families in need every day.
- Teaming up with children’s plant-based food brand Once Upon a Farm to move 1,000,000+ meals to the nonprofit Save the Children.
- Transporting hospital beds from Cedarville University’s School of Nursing to Advocates for World Health, a nonprofit that reallocates medical goods to organizations that help underserved communities.
- Moving household goods, hygiene products, meals, furniture, and water to communities impacted by major hurricanes and other disasters.
