“The Sam Hubbard Foundation does incredible work throughout the Cincinnati community,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said. “TQL is proud to help a local leader like Sam Hubbard give back.”
The Sam Hubbard Foundation is committed to creating equitable access to food, education, and a healthy lifestyle for local kids in need. In partnership with Crayons to Computers, the Foundation has launched the Hubbard’s Cupboard program in 36 area schools. These in-school cupboards provide students with free access to essential items like school supplies, snacks, and hygiene products—ensuring kids have the tools they need to learn, grow, and thrive.
Hubbard, the recently retired seven-year Bengals defensive end, will join TQL employees for a “Helpy Hour” at the company’s Union Township headquarters, July 10 at 5:15 p.m. Together, they will assemble 1,500 back-to-school kits for the Hubbard’s Cupboard at Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy.
“TQL has been behind me since the very beginning of the Foundation—even before we launched Hubbard’s Cupboard. It’s been awesome to see their support grow year after year, and it really shows the kind of impact they’re making in our community. This generous donation will help us provide healthy food to students at all 36 of our Hubbard’s Cupboard schools, reaching over 15,000 kids in 2025. I’m excited to keep working with TQL for a long time to make a difference right here at home,” Sam Hubbard said.
Since 2023, TQL has partnered with the SHF to support Cincinnati children by sponsoring a local cupboard, participating in the annual SHF Fowling Tournament, and volunteering with Crayons to Computers.
