TQL named to Computerworld 2023 Best Places to Work in IT list
Total Quality Logistics earns IT excellence award for fourth straight year
Cincinnati, OH (Dec. 13, 2022) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest logistics firm in North America, has been selected by Foundry’s Computerworld as a 2023 Best Places to Work in IT. The annual award, TQL’s fourth straight, recognizes top organizations for excellence and quality in the IT workplace.

Judging was based on a comprehensive questionnaire with categories such as benefits, career development, future of work, training, retention and diversity, equity and inclusion. The Best Places to Work in IT lists were reviewed and vetted by a panel of industry experts.
TQL’s dedicated IT team has over 400 associates and designs the majority of the company’s business applications. In-house software developers design, develop, implement and maintain propriety software like Load Manager, TRAX and Carrier Dashboard.
TQL also offers an innovative IT Apprenticeship Upskill Program to cultivate existing talent among employees without prior tech training. The program equips internal IT prospects – former accounting, sales and operations employees – with a specialized education, on-the-job training and employment.
