TQL honors service members during Military Month campaign
Cumulative contributions surpassed $500,000 since 2009CINCINNATI (May 30, 2025) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms celebrated U.S. service members and veterans during its annual Military Month programming.
As part of the campaign, TQL donated $36,000 to DAV (Disabled American Veterans) during an employee event to assemble 3,500 care packages of toiletries and socks. DAV will distribute the care packages to veterans experiencing homelessness and affected by natural disasters. Each includes a customized note, thanking the veteran who receives it for their service.
Since 2009, TQL has donated $510,076 and 27,000+ care packages to military organizations.
“Those who serve our country deserve our gratitude and respect,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said. “TQL is proud to support our nation’s service members and veterans.”
TQL’s other Military Month initiatives included inviting employees to honor troops on a Military Tribute Wall at headquarters and lighting the building’s exterior with patriotic colors throughout May.
The company’s commitment to the military extends year-round and includes an Employee Resource Group called Veteran Employees Targeting Success (VETS).
