Food Logistics honors TQL with two awards

TQL receives recognitions for cold storage excellence and supply chain innovation

Cincinnati (June 16th, 2025) – Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms is celebrating two Food Logistics award wins that recognize logistics industry excellence.

Food Logistics named TQL a recipient of the 2025 Top 3PL & Cold Storage Providers award for the 14th time. The award recognizes leading third-party logistics and cold storage providers.

In 2024, TQL moved 500,000+ temperature-controlled loads.

“Whether we are moving produce or pharmaceuticals our customers trust us to do it under the right temperature and conditions,” TQL President Kerry Byrne said. “Attention to detail and service is ingrained in our culture and allows our team to effectively handle these sensitive loads.”

Additionally, Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive named TQL as a recipient of the 2025 Top Supply Chain Projects award, which profiles innovative projects designed to automate, optimize, streamline and improve the supply chain.

TQL’s Shed Ratings tool helped secure the recognition. It identifies efficiency opportunities within a shipper’s network. The ratings are designed to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from drivers on their experience at pickup and delivery facilities as part of a digital check-in workflow in TQL’s proprietary Carrier Dashboard.
