STLs Fight the Good Fight

Whether it’s benchmarking new sales goals against our own personal best, or challenging teammates across the country, we have a thing for competitions.

Things heated up as we closed out the summer with a month-long Battle of the STL Scorecards sales competition. 124 of the best Sales Team Leaders in the business went head-to-head during the month of August using sales metrics to outwork their peers. New customer setups, team BR growth and overall STL team performance are some of the things that translated to points, and opportunities to climb the ranks.

In the end, representatives from Teams Richmond, Tampa, Akron, Lexington, Milwaukee, Dallas, Minneapolis and Cincy North locked down the number one spots, and were invited along with eight wildcard winners from each sales region to visit HQ. Winners will be invited to the Expansion Grand Opening event, tentatively scheduled for early next year when things get back to normal and it’s safe for visitors.

Number one ranked STL from Team Hendricks, Matthew S. (Team Lexington), is excited to claim his prize. He says, “The expansion will set us up to continue growing and being the best place in America to make life changing money. We are definitely going to celebrate being the number one STL team in the company.” Vincent Moryc (Team Tampa), number one ranked STL from Team Carr, plans to feast on a catered lunch with his team to celebrate their W.

While in Cincinnati, these 16 victors will enjoy the red-carpet treatment and exclusive visitor perks, including a happy hour and networking with our senior leaders.
