Diversity and Inclusion

Supporting A Culture of Belonging

Our employees are our biggest asset. That’s why we value integrity, teamwork and determination.

TQL is committed to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion through multiple channels, from our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to our Diversion & Inclusion Task Force. We want every employee to feel valued in a workplace that promotes a sense of belonging.

Diversity & Inclusion Task Force

Our Diversity & Inclusion task force is an 18-person committee created to keep D&I on the radar at an executive level and drive strategic focus for the company.

Our employee-led groups encourage engagement and career development through shared identity.
Here’s a closer look at our ERGs.

Black Employees Supporting Talent (BEST)
BEST contributes to the growth and development of employees who self-identify as Black, African American, West Indian or of African descent.

Women In Logistics (WIL)
WIL attracts, connects and develops the TQL community of women by providing internal networking opportunities, professional development and community involvement.

Disability Advocacy Resource Team (DART)
DART fosters a supportive environment for those with disabilities and disorders while providing resources to TQL employees and their loved ones.

Veteran Employees Targeting Success (VETS)
VETS attracts and develops military, veteran, military family and supporter talent by creating community, providing resources, celebrating service and promoting personal and company growth.

Here Our Latins Achieve (¡HOLA!)
HOLA creates an all-inclusive and diverse workplace where employees of the Latinx community can find representation and belonging – while also developing the leaders of tomorrow.

LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (PRIDE)
PRIDE empowers all LGBTQ+ people and their allies to promote ideals, education and resources in order to foster a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

TQL is proud to employ veterans and active-duty military. We honor and support our service members through Military Month, a Veterans Day lunch and a Deployment Program that provides care packages to deployed TQL’ers.

We embrace our employees’ differences in race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, gender identity, pregnancy status, military membership, veteran’s status, transgender status, genetic information, disability, ethnicity, political affiliation, socioeconomic status and other characteristics that make our employees unique. TQL’s diversity initiatives are applied to our practices and policies on recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, promotions and transfers and training.
