Kenny and Matthew from TQL’s Heavy Haul team oversaw a white-glove operation to move the transformer. Every step was handled with care, from lifting it onto a custom trailer with a specialized crane and transporting it hundreds of miles across the Southwest to guiding it into place with precise jack-and-slide maneuvers.
A dual-lane Goldhofer trailer balanced the weight and steered each axle independently. Bridge clearances and turn-radiuses were surveyed in advance, while mechanic trucks doubling as civilian escorts, police escorts and high-reach bucket trucks supported the shipment along the route.

- Event Court and Equipment Transport: TQL safely transported event infrastructure to multiple professional sports and entertainment venues.
- Large-Scale Customer Project: Over six months, TQL coordinated the daily movement of 21 trucks carrying windmills, using specialized heavy haul equipment and hands-on project management to keep freight moving smoothly without disruption.
- Discharge Purification Refinery: TQL handled every step of moving an 87-foot, 250,000-pound refinery from Spain to Bay City, Mich. The refinery traveled on a specialized trailer with two tractors as part of an 11-vehicle caravan along a carefully planned route, from ocean transport to heavy-duty offloading.
- 245,000-Pound Boiler: TQL moved a 41-foot boiler for a chemical plant using a 9-line dual-lane trailer. With meticulous planning and permitting, the boiler traveled safely and on time from Oklahoma to Louisiana over two months.
