Great Place To Work™ Certification is a globally recognized benchmark for workplace culture, based entirely on employee feedback and anonymous survey responses from more than half a million employees at certified companies with at least 1,000 workers.
According to the latest survey results, 90% of TQL employees said special events are celebrated and 91% said newcomers are made to feel welcome, reflecting the company’s ongoing investment in employee connection, recognition and belonging. Seventy-nine percent said TQL is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company, per Great Place To Work™.
