TQL employees drive $1.6 million in charitable donations during Annual Giving Campaign

Seventy-nine percent of team members support more than 3,000 nonprofits nationwide 
 
Cincinnati (Aug. 20, 2025) – Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms, pledged $1,648,075 in donations during its Annual Giving Campaign from Aug. 12-19, surpassing last year’s total. 

The employee-led initiative empowers TQL team members to support causes that matter most to them and includes a 50% match from the TQL Foundation on all contributions. 

This year, 79% of TQL’s 9,000+ employees participated, directing funds to more than 3,000 charitable organizations focused on medical research, environmental protection, children, animals and more. TQL’s participation rate far exceeds the national average of about 10% for workplace giving programs, according to America’s Charities.

In the 20 years since the campaign’s launch, TQL employees and the TQL Foundation match have contributed more than $30 million to thousands of nonprofits nationwide.
