Total Quality Logistics named one of the 2023 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For®

TQL ranks 55th on prestigious list for highest ranking in company history

                              

Cincinnati, OH (April 4, 2023) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms, has been named to the prestigious Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the third time since 2019.

TQL is 55th in the 2023 rankings, its highest post yet, after surpassing rigorous benchmarks to establish itself as one of the best places to work in the country. TQL was 78^th in the 2020 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For and 84^th in its 2019 rankings.

To determine the 100 Best Companies to Work For, Great Place To Work analyzed the anonymous survey responses of more than half a million employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with at least 1,000 workers. Companies also submitted essays describing their efforts to offer generous and innovative support for workers, which were validated against employee survey responses.

Making the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status or other demographic identifier.

Companies must be Great Place to Work® Certified to be eligible for the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. TQL recently earned Great Place to Work® Certification for the ninth straight year.

TQL, which is celebrating its 25^th year, has 9,000-plus team members in 56 local offices across the United States.

In 2023, 83% of its employees said TQL is a great place to work. The average among U.S.-based companies is 57%.

As part of the Certification assessment, 93% of employees said special events are celebrated at TQL, 92% said newcomers are made to feel welcome and 91% said they’re given the resources and equipment to do their jobs.
