Total Quality Logistics earns No. 7 spot on new “Most Giving Companies” list with $4M donated in 2024
Cincinnati Business Courier recognizes 85 Greater Cincinnati companies in inaugural rankingsCincinnati, OH (Dec. 1, 2025) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), the second-largest freight brokerage in North America and one of the largest global third-party logistics firms, is ranked No. 7 on the Cincinnati Business Courier’s new “Most Giving Companies” list based on charitable contributions in 2024.
The list ranks 85 companies in the Cincinnati area by total cash contributions to charitable organizations companywide last year. In 2024, TQL donated $4 million through employee matching and sponsorships, supporting 3,600 nonprofits.
TQL’s charitable partners include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, Ronald McDonald House, CancerFree KIDS, Sam Hubbard Foundation, Cincinnati Nature Center, University of Cincinnati Food Pantry and Disabled American Veterans.
TQL empowers employees to support any charity they choose, with every contribution amplified by a 50% company match. During the 2024 Annual Giving Campaign, 79% of TQL’s 9,000+ employees participated—far exceeding the 10% average employee participation rate in employer matching programs, according to America’s Charities.
Since 2006, TQL has donated over $32.4 million to nonprofits through TQL Cares and the TQL Foundation, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to community impact.
