About TQL Stadium

TQL Stadium, home to Major League Soccer (MLS), opened May 1, 2021 and is one of the most ambitious soccer-specific stadiums in the world. UNESCO awarded TQL Stadium the prestigious Prix Versailles world prize for architecture and design in sports in 2022, the same year the facility won Best Venue at the World Football Summit and Single Field Facility of the Year by the American Sports Builders Association (ASBA). Critically acclaimed global design firm Populous created an innovative and forward-thinking stadium that ranks among the largest soccer-specific facilities in MLS. The $250 million privately funded stadium has a capacity of 26,000 with select seats just 15 feet from the field. The facility is home to 53 traditional suites and 4,500 premium seats throughout four premium club spaces. FC Cincinnati’s famous supporters’ section, The Bailey, holds more than 3,100 fans and looms over opponents at a 34-degree angle at the stadium’s north end. A 360-degree canopy roof covers every seat in the stadium while allowing sufficient sun to grow a natural grass field. The stadium has five locker rooms including a comprehensive FC Cincinnati team suite with a dressing room, coaches’ offices, lounge, equipment storage and the Mercy Health Center of Excellence for medical and game day fitness needs.
