What qualities or personality traits have propelled you to where you are today?
Attitude, effort and consistency. Maintaining a positive attitude through the toughest losses has not always been easy but essential in the mindset of "controlling the controllables" and moving forward.
What are the benefits of having more women and diversity at TQL?
The benefit is building a network of like-minded individuals who may experience the same struggles and setbacks and reap some of the same rewards. Being able to share experiences with such a supportive group that understand the entirety of what you're going through is such a wholesome and unique feeling.
What motivates or inspires you?
My family motivates and inspires me to do better every single day. My husband and I strive to give our three kids a genuine and wholesome upbringing. We want to systematically place them in positions to seize opportunities and conquer their dreams. I love that we are able to show them the value of hard work.
