Breaking records: How Chris R. became the First Fast Track President’s Club qualifier

The Initial Transition: From the Coast to the Midwest 

Q: You formerly worked in the wine industry and lived in California and Rhode Island. What led you to TQL and the move to the Midwest? 

Chris: I was in Rhode Island when the market took a hit. It’s a small area with limited room for sales growth. When TQL reached out, I saw a chance to move somewhere new and find an opportunity that simply didn’t exist back home. I visited the area with my son to check out housing, and the second I walked into the TQL building, I knew I was meant to trade a job for a career here.

Q: You’ve mentioned the freshman orientation feeling of joining TQL HQ. What was that atmosphere like for someone coming in with previous experience? 

Chris: It was high energy. You walk into the cafeteria and see this massive hiring class, and it’s a bit overwhelming, but you realize everyone is in it together. My team and my mentor welcomed me immediately. I never felt like a fish out of water because we were all bonding through our shared TQL relocation journey.

The National Expansion: Becoming a Founding Member of TQL Huntsville

Q: After training at HQ, you relocated again to Huntsville. What motivated your second move? 

Chris: Leadership and growth. The Fast Track program gave me the opportunity to relocate outside of TQL HQ to help open a new office and establish a new team. I wanted to share what I learned at HQ to the next generation of TQL sales reps. Becoming a founding member of TQL Huntsville meant we could build a legacy from the ground up. It’s a tight-knit team culture where you’re surrounded by the same type of motivated people every single day.

Q: Huntsville is growing fast. How has the city treated you? 

Chris: I love it. It’s very similar to the up-and-coming vibe I felt in Cincinnati. I live right across from a baseball stadium, there’s incredible food, and the infrastructure is exploding. Plus, being an hour away from Nashville and having a local airport that gets me to Disney for $100 is a huge win for my family.

The Milestone: Breaking the Fast Track Record

Q: You are officially the first President’s Club qualifier to come through the Fast Track program. How did you hit that mark? 

Chris:
It took a massive amount of belief and a lot of early mornings. We had a goal thermometer on the wall behind me, and we colored it in, load by load. When we hit that benchmark in August, it was an incredible honor. In a company this well-established, there aren’t many firsts left to claim. Holding that mantle is something I’ll be proud of for a long time.

Q: How has financial freedom changed things for you and your family? 

Chris: It’s changed everything. Before TQL, I was moving from job to job. Now, I’ve hit financial benchmarks I never thought possible. I’ve been able to put enough aside to help my son pay for college this coming fall. From new cars to family vacations, the no-ceiling aspect of this job is 100% real.

Q: What is your advice to someone looking to make their career move with the TQL Fast Track program?
