Step right up! Easter Eggstravaganza brings carnival fun to TQL employees

Annual appreciation event for TQL’ers and their families features breakfast, games and a visit from the Easter Bunny

Spring was in full swing at TQL’s annual Easter Eggstravaganza, where employees and their families gathered at Cincinnati HQ for a carnival-themed celebration featuring big top décor and a classic carousel ride.

The March 28 event honored TQL’s people and the families who support them. In a logistics industry that demands hard work and resilience, TQL takes pride in creating moments celebrating that shared dedication and thanking those who make it possible.

Outside the building, event-goers took turns riding the carousel. Inside, HQ was transformed into a carnival with festive paper chains made of tickets and a balloon sculpture in the shape of a carousel.

Easter Eggstravaganza drew more than 1,000 employees and their families for food, fun and festive photo opportunities.

Fueling up with a feast
For many, the day started with a complimentary breakfast served by executives in the TQL Café.

TQL’ers and their families enjoyed made-to-order pancakes (plain, chocolate chip, blueberry), Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, roasted breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, milk, juice and a coffee bar with all the fixings.

Games and good times
Kids participated in several games and activities, like fishing to match ducks in a Duck Pond game and competing for prizes in an Easter Egg Toss.

Other games included Step Right Up, a prize wheel challenging kids to complete fun activities like bunny squats and frog jumps, and Blue’s Block Building Lab, which encouraged young builders to be creative with Lego kits.

Fun with a purpose
The employee celebration combined games with giving back. TQL Cares, the company’s in-house philanthropic team, hosted a Ring Toss station where kids could win cotton candy while supporting a meaningful cause.

At the day’s end, TQL Cares donated $5,000 to GiGi’s Playhouse Cincinnati, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering people with Down syndrome and their families.

Carnival-style comforts
Face painting, balloon animals and visits from TQL’s mascot, Blue, brought smiles to children and parents alike. Additional highlights included:
  • Holiday memories: Families posed with the Easter Bunny and wore holiday-inspired props for on-site photo prints. Kids took home candy buttons from Cincinnati’s family-owned Doscher’s Candy Co.
  • Raffles and games: Adult TQL’ers tried their luck at raffles for a Candle Lab gift set and a Family Fun Day at Altitude Trampoline Park. Kids of all ages visited a Guessing Booth station to estimate the number of Peeps, Cadbury mini eggs and jellybeans in jars.
  • TQL Gear Shop pop-up: Apparel and mementos brought a little extra fun for shoppers of all ages.
From carousel rides to photos with the Easter Bunny, Easter Eggstravaganza brought together TQL’ers and their families in celebration and gratitude.
