Total Quality Logistics Named to Forbes’ List of America’s Best Employers for Diversity

Cincinnati, OH (April 26, 2022) — Total Quality Logistics (TQL), one of the largest freight brokerage and third-party logistics firms in North America, has been named to the Forbes list of America’s Best Employers for Diversity 2022.

• Veteran and Active-Duty Military Programs: Recruiting veterans and active-duty servicepeople through employment policies and programs; the TQL Deployment Program which provides care packages and gift cards to deployed employees and their families; a Veterans Day celebration; celebration of Military Month through several charitable initiatives including the “Hauls For Heroes” fundraising campaign in which over $56,000 was donated to military charities in 2021 and special pins for all self-identifying veteran and serving military can wear on their badge lanyard.

• Diversity & Inclusion Training: Courses, like unconscious bias training, that are integrated into the TQL Leadership Develop program.
• Tech Apprenticeship Program: An upskilling program which trains incumbent non-tech TQL’ers to become software developers through a paid coding bootcamp, 12-month apprenticeship and placement into a full-time role on TQL’s Technology Team.

TQL was also named to Forbes’ America’s Best Large Employers and Largest Private Companies 2022 lists.

Forbes and Statista, a market research company, selected America’s Best Employers for Diversity based upon an independent survey of over 60,000 U.S. employees who work for companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees.
