TQL Chicago, Cleveland Set to Clash Over Fall Classic

The Cubs Logo Alongside The Indians Logo With A Light Blue Boarder

Total Quality Logistics doesn’t like to lose. Witness the company’s 51 workplace awards around the country so far this year.

So when the World Series starts tonight, TQL cities Chicago and Cleveland have a vested interest in the outcome. There is more on the line than the Cubs 108-year or the Indians 68-year streak without a ring.

The two offices have a Series-long sales competition on tap, with bonus points awarded for a win by either baseball team. The losing office buys breakfast for the winners while the losing satellite office leader must wear a full suit to work after the Series.

USA Today is predicting Chicago in six games. The Cubbies are 7-4 favorites according to Westgate Superbook in Las Vegas. (We have an office there, too.)

But TQL Cleveland has two workplace awards this year, compared to Chicago’s one, so don’t count out the Tribe.

Cleveland is one of the Northcoast 99 - a designation for northeast Ohio companies who motivate employees to greatness – as well as a Best Places To Work winner in Ohio (along with the Cincinnati headquarters and satellite offices in Dayton, Columbus, Toledo and Akron).

Both Chicago and Chicago West are Best Places To Work winners in Illinois.

If you love to win, TQL might be a good fit for you. Whether it’s Chicago, Cleveland or any of our 50-plus other locations around the country, come to the big leagues and check out the opportunities for a career at TQL.
