It's A Ten!
Once is never enough. Neither is nine.
TQL collected its 10th consecutive Greater Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work award presented by the Cincinnati Business Courier Nov. 15.
The company has been #1 on the list every year since 2011 and has ten consecutive appearances as a finalist since the company began applying for the award in 2006 (BPTW in Cincinnati took a hiatus in 2009).
The awards reception – a pep rally at Xavier University’s Cintas Center – featured 63 finalists among 189 local companies that applied for the award.
Winners were awarded for first-time applicants, veteran companies who had applied but not won and returning champions in each of five size categories. TQL won in the grand category – the largest – for companies with 250-plus employees locally.
Other finalists in the grand category included FRHC Design Worldwide, Turner Construction, The Urology Group and Vantiv.
“All of our finalists are remarkable companies,” said Courier publisher Jamie Smith, who served as emcee for the event. “I think the common thread you’ll find among all of them is innovation, effort and care for their employees.”
Vice President of Human Resources Ralph Lee accepted the award on behalf of the company in front of an enthusiastic team from the HR, recruiting and marketing departments.
