Lexington native and Total Quality Logistics Satellite Office Leader Jason B. served in the United States Army from 2001 to 2005, enlisting right out of high school. He spent most of his active duty at Fort Campbell repairing missile systems.

He worked in several civilian jobs – including three years as a personal trainer - before coming to TQL in 2012 and finding a professional home.

“I like the ability to progress quickly,” Jason said. “The discipline the military training gives you definitely comes in handy here.”

Jason grew as a TQL leader in his nearly three years with Team Lexington. So much so that he is now the office leader of TQL’s new Memphis location that opened earlier this year.

“The ability to take on a new adventure here and reach for a new goal is great,” Jason said. “The culture and energy we have here is very similar to the Army. You always have a new goal in front of you, a new challenge to meet, an opportunity to be a leader.

“I think hiring vets is a good practice. You know with a vet you have a person with discipline, who isn’t afraid to work hard. That’s going to take you a long way here.”
