Once, Twice, Three Times a Winner

A Group Of People Raising A Trophy Together In Front Of The TQL Building

2017 marks the third year TQL has made the FORTUNE 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials list, an achievement made greater when you consider 87 percent of our workforce are millennials. We know we are great – thanks to our great employees. But instead of us talking about why we think so, we thought we would take a moment to let them do the talking.

Below are direct quotes taken from independently-administered TQL employee surveys from all over the country.  Responses are anonymous.

“This is my opportunity to make myself and my family proud of the man TQL has molded me into.  I am the first in my family to make over $60,000 in one year because TQL gives me the opportunity to live the life I dreamed of when times were hard. Now I can make sure my family lives a happy and secure life."

In year two, the average Logistics Account Executive (LAE) makes more than $64,000 a year.  That average jumps to more than $88,000 between years three and four.  We know our uncapped commission and unlimited earning potential are game-changers, but it’s always great to hear they are life-changers, too.

“Friends and family are always jealous when I tell them about the special events TQL organizes for its employees. TQL is always pushing to be better. It is a great environment to be a part of and I am fortunate to be here.”

Generally, when we start planning our signature events, our legal department starts using words like “crazy,” “risky,” and “exactly what kind of circus acts are you talking about here?” So, it’s good to hear our hard work is appreciated where it counts.

“TQL works hard to create a culture of inclusion. There is a deep awareness of its role within the community, and that is something we are all very proud of.”

From our Women in Logistics Group to our national running club, there is something for everyone at TQL.

“We are in a fast-moving industry and my company reacts in-kind. I love the lack of corporate red-tape slowing down progress that I've experienced at other companies. We’ll hear about a great idea from a carrier, and the next thing you know, it’s in the new update of Carrier Dashboard.”

We believe in good ideas. We don’t believe things like bureaucracy and budgets should get in the way of opportunity.

“TQL is a great partner in the community. We give back to local charities and participate in charitable events as a team. This makes me proud to work here.”

Community involvement is one of the pillars of our corporate culture. We firmly believe that it’s our responsibility to make the communities where we live and work better places for everyone.

If you are ready for a never-boring, high-tech, community-oriented career with unlimited opportunities for growth, then we are ready to talk to you.
