TQL Ranks #2 Among Large Employers in the State of South Carolina
Charleston, SC - Total Quality Logistics (TQL) was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. This is the second year in a row that TQL has been named one of the state’s best places to work and this year the company ranked #2 in the category of large employers (companies with 250 or more U.S. employees). Last year TQL ranked #7.
The eighth annual Best Places to Work in South Carolina program was created by SCBiz in partnership with the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group. The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. This year’s list is made up of 40 companies.
TQL credits the unlimited opportunities it provides to its employees as the most important factor to its employee satisfaction. “Employees with an incredible work ethic have tremendous upside within our company,” said Kerry Byrne, executive vice president.
