TQL Adds Less-Than-Truckload Technology to Customer Interface
CINCINNATI – Total Quality Logistics’ less-than-truckload (LTL) customers can now manage their freight right from their fingertips, thanks to recent enhancements to TQL TRAX, the company’s free and secure customer-facing website application and mobile app. TRAX recently added options to quote, tender and track LTL shipments to its web-based portal, giving customers the ability to manage their freight from the moment the load is tendered to the point of delivery. They can even choose their own carrier from a list of recommended options.
- In addition to LTL freight management, TQL TRAX now offers:
- Improved visibility for freight tracking with mapping status updates
- Updated accounts payable interface managed entirely in-house
- Easy and accurate quoting and tendering of full-truckload shipments
- Online access to load documents
“We are continuously making enhancements to better serve our customers and carriers,” said Kerry Byrne, TQL president. “The latest TQL TRAX update gives customers unprecedented visibility and access to their shipments. We are pleased to give LTL customers the same high level of service our full-truckload customers have come to expect for the past 20 years.”
TQL first released TRAX in September 2015. Thousands of customers use the mobile app each month, providing it with a 4+ rating in the App Store and four stars on Google Play.
