Columbus - For the second year in a row, Total Quality Logistics (TQL) will be honored as one of Central Ohio’s Best Places to Work. Columbus Business First recently announced this year’s class of honorees in its 2013 Best Places to Work awards program, now in its ninth year.
TQL was nominated by its employees who must participate in a survey that ranks their workplace on factors such as recognition, benefits, trust in senior leaders, and team effectiveness. The Best Places to Work program is open to any company or organization with a Central Ohio office with at least 10 full-time employees. TQL’s Columbus office opened in 2011 and recently expanded to a larger office space in the Brewery District where it now employs 75.
“The Columbus office is one of our most successful sales offices due to the quality of the team and we know that maintaining a motivated workforce is crucial to continuing that success.
