Total Quality Logistics (TQL) Reaffirms Support for Guard and Reserve Employees
Tampa, Florida - Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR),announced that Total Quality Logistics is signing a Statement of Support for the Guard and Reserve today, March 21, 2014. TQL’s General Sales Manager, Mr. Dennis Ferguson, is signing the pledge in a ceremony at the company’s Tampa, Fla. office. Mr. Ferguson will be joined by Mr. Gregory Holder, Florida ESGR Committee Chairman.
The Statement of Support confirms Total Quality Logistics joins other employers in pledging:
We fully recognize, honor and enforce the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act (USERRA).
Our managers and supervisors will have the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
