This One Belongs To TQL

Three Employees And A Reds Player Smiling In Front Of A TQL Background With A Giant Check

Baseball returned to Cincinnati in a big way as the Reds swept the Phillies in their first series of the season.

Naturally, the Reds came to TQL headquarters to celebrate the fast start.

Hall of Fame broadcaster Marty Brennaman, pitcher Anthony DeSclafani and Reds Community Fund Executive Director Charley Frank visited for a baseball-themed patio party April 7.

Frank accepted a $15,000 check from TQL President Kerry Byrne; the company has been a Community Fund partner since 2013.

“I think it’s an amazing company,” Marty said of his first visit to TQL. “It’s a great relationship the Reds - and specifically the Reds Community Fund - have formed with TQL.”

DeSclafani said he was happy to be 3-0 out of the gate and was impressed with the camaraderie and spirit in the locker room.

Marty said despite the rebuilding label affixed to the 2016 team, the Reds should be fun team to watch and could be factor with the Cubs and Cardinals in what he called the most competitive division in the National League, if not all of baseball.

Leading up to the Reds visitors, TQL conducted its first-ever hot dog eating contest;

LAE J.T. won, wolfing down 10 dogs in three minutes.

The victory landed J.T. a hot dog trophy, a free lunch for team MVH – not hot dogs – and the first spot in line to get his photo with DeSclafani and Brennaman.

Byrne also gave away several raffle items, including autographed balls and hats, as well as two pairs of tickets to the June 12 Reds game against the Washington Nationals.

TQL hires Reds fans. And anyone with a Hall of Fame work ethic. Consider a career at TQL.
